I’ve had a few calls this week from people over six feet tall who inquired about how well they would fit into one of our Bugeyes for sale.
A Bugeyes is surprisingly roomy for such a small car. In the first video below, watch 6’3″ Martin get in and out of a Bugeye, and in the second video, you can see Rick talk about his pending 4500 mile Bugeye trip. He drove his Bugeye from our shop in CT to Seattle, via Arizona, for a marathon ride, and his 6’2″ frame seemed quite content with the voyage (he talks about his height near the end of the video). Rick later famously stated, “It’s like a great pair of cowboy boots, a bit tight getting in, but really nice one they’re on…”
We routinely customize steering wheels for our customers, and a smaller wheel helps some people fit even better.
Tall guys are Bugeyeguys too!
