This Bugeye is very well-restored, the product of a passionate Bugeye restorer down South. He did a particularly nice job enhancing the interior by featuring custom color-matched piping on the seats, door pockets and shift tower.
The car has a strong 948 engine that was well maintained and underwent a valve job less than 500 miles ago. She also has a brand new Weber downdraft carburetor for ease of service and reliability (some people hate twin SU carbs that come with Bugeyes and much prefer the single Weber option-that’s what’s featured here, and it’s brand new…).
Handling is enhanced with stunning and rare new black mag wheels and wider than stock tires with excellent rubber. She has great drum brakes all around.
Included is a nice white tonneau, great sidecurtains and top (see photo album), as well as an original Bugeye jack. The chrome is excellent, as is the nice luggage rack, a great feature if you want to go away to a B&B for the weekend and bring an extra bag.
Molly is a very sharp Bugeye & great fun to drive! Click the play button to check out the new test drive video above!

I love the wheels and the stripes on the car look just right. Color is also unique, not your average bright red, more of a deep burgundy. Looks really nice on the car with only a few minor paint scratches… priced accordingly!
This is a great car at a great price, perfect for anyone who wants a shiny Bugeye that isn’t too perfect but will turn heads everywhere you go… ready to drive and enjoy! Engine compartment is freshly detailed and looks great. Take a tour of the car in the video posted right beneath this text!
