Congratulations Rick! Heading to Michigan!
Here’s a stunning car that was beautifully restored by a passionate collector. I knew his work from a Bugeye we purchased that he restored, so I jumped on this one when he called, because he has a true passion for quality. The car was completely stripped and reassembled, and totally restored on a rotisserie, so this classic is now better than new. His body and chassis work is exceptional.
We have added a few more enhancements during our six month completion of the project…we powder coated the cockpit trim, replaced the lever shocks and completely rebuilt the transmission and overdrive (because one of the synchros was worn). The engine is already rebuilt. We repaired any flaws in the mechanicals. Now this car drives beautifully and is ready for a new home. He did the hard part and restored the structure… we added our experience with sorting these cars, and it’s often this last 20% that makes the difference so that a great driving and beautiful car can be shipped to your door.
HBT7L/5750 is a stunning car. Those are new minilight wheels and new tires. New stainless exhaust. Gear reduction starter. Too much to list, everything is new. It would cost a lot more to build one to this level. Top is new, pictures to follow. Side curtains are also new, wrapped in bubble wrap in the well-restored trunk. No tonneau, but we can fit one. Tonneau bar is included. Trunk is immaculate. We are waiting for the correct gold gauge to come back from our rebuilder, so the black combo gauge in the dash is temporary. This is a great Healey! Call or email if you want to make it yours!
